Qualifications

• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Long hours including nights and weekends may be required.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy, and portioning.
• Performs assigned station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company's product goals.
• Meets customer needs, minimizes complaints, and responds to issues.
• Follows policies including safety, attendance, and security in the TM handbook.
• Maintains positive attitude and teamwork, adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to resolve problems.
• Manages product quality, service, costs, and cleanliness to standards.
• Supports profits by using the FOCUS System and managing cash.
• Assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
