Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead dough production teams in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise on-floor activities, ensuring safety and training in dough production, and coordinate with management on daily schedules and staffing.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and adherence to GMP and HACCP standards in a high-volume pizza manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor new team members.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure production standards are followed.
• Ensure safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings, attend staff meetings, and trainings.
