Job summary

Domino's Production Team members assist in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough, rotating through dough maker, placers, tray washers, and stackers. The role requires working night shifts and 4 ten-hour shifts weekly with full flexibility, including weekends.

Pay rate is $22/hour, with opportunities to learn from multiple stations and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with yeast and flour products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and manufacturing of pizza dough; rotate through dough maker, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker.
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library.
• Achieve and maintain dough certification.
• Perform metal detector checks and monitor dough temperature; document results.
• Change dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, and ink jet as needed.
• Check sifter tailings and record findings.
• Report irregularities to Supervisor and Manager.
• Monitor all equipment via HMI and troubleshoot as needed.
• Organize dough inside the dough cooler according to size.
• Ensure print quality on trays.
