Domino's Team USA stores seeks a Production Supervisor to lead on the dough production floor, manage a frontline team, and ensure safety and food safety standards are met. You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate schedules and workflows with management.

The role requires 2–3 years bakery/manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency. The position runs the 6PM shift, includes weekends, with a base pay of 70k–74k plus a 10% bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years bakery/manufacturing experience or college preferred
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to train and coach team members
• Willingness to work a full-time/flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; on-call as needed
• Background checks every third year on your anniversary date

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily production to ensure smooth workflow and safety
• Recruit, interview, and mentor new team members
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain staffing levels
• Supervise day-to-day operations to meet production standards
• Train staff on dough production, proofing, and weights
• Monitor performance and apply coaching or progressive discipline as needed
• Prepare daily production metrics and reports
• Maintain GMPs and PPE compliance and suggest process improvements
