Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in distribution/manufacturing or related field.
• 3–5 years of production/manufacturing or retail experience.
• Knowledge of bakery procedures and food safety programs.
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team in dough production and ensure yield targets.
• Maintain GMP compliance and PPE usage.
• Manage daily production and sanitation tasks and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for materials and delivery.
• Lead safety training and oversee quality control.
• Prepare budgets and cost controls with director.
