Domino's Team USA stores seeks a Production Supervisor for its food manufacturing operations. The role oversees on-floor production, ensuring dough production, safety, and quality standards are met, and leads a diverse, fast-paced team during the 6PM shift.

The incumbent will mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining GMP and HACCP practices in a high-volume pizza dough environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, some college expected with 2-3 years of bakery or manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to train and coach team members.
• Ability to work a full-time/flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, on-call as needed.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly by organizing workflow and monitoring team members.
• Recruit, interview, select and mentor new team members.
• Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations to ensure production standards are followed.
• Ensure team members are trained on dough production, proofing, temp checks, and dough weights.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching or progressive discipline as needed.
• Complete annual performance reviews for team members.
• Coordinate onboarding and training with managers.
• Ensure GMPs and PPE compliance in the production area.
