Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 2+ years bakery/manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and supervise production team to meet standards.
• Train new team members in dough production and safety practices.
• Maintain GMPs and PPE compliance across the floor.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and daily leadership briefings.
• Prepare daily production reports and KPI indicators.
