Job summary

Domino's in Kentucky seeks a Production Supervisor for pizza dough operations. You will supervise production and sanitation, train team members in food safety, and drive efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends. You will coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure GMP and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years in production, manufacturing, or retail
• Knowledge of bakery procedures and food safety basics
• Experience with AIB or HACCP practices is a plus
• Ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Willingness to travel by air
• Must pass background check every three years

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and sanitation area to meet goals
• Prepare daily production reports and manage schedules
• Ensure GMPs and PPE compliance
• Train team on dough production and safety
• Coordinate with vendors and inventory
• Maintain cost controls and budget for Director
• Lead safety and training; manage inspections
• Recruit and train new team members
• Attend leadership development sessions
• Troubleshoot dough issues and assist stores
