Position Summary

Pizza Bear is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing our sourdough pizza program with consistency, speed, and care.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, top, and fire sourdough pizzas to spec
• Manage dough handling, fermentation awareness, and daily prep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station
• Execute service consistently during high-volume shifts
• Assist with prep including sauces, toppings, and dough production
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza, bread, or line cooking, 1-2 years preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
