The role involves prepping dough, stocking stations, and collaborating with a team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a seamless operation. Nights and weekends availability is required; prior prep/line cook experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to schedule nights and weekends to support kitchen coverage.

Responsibilities

• Craft Detroit-style pizzas with care to ensure high quality.
• Prepare fresh dough and maintain texture, crispness, and thickness.
