Pizza Bear is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing and executing our sourdough pizza program with consistency, speed, and care.

Qualifications

• Experience in pizza, bread, or line cooking 1-2 years preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Ability to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Interest in fermentation and quality ingredients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stretch, top, and fire sourdough pizzas to spec.
• Manage dough handling, fermentation awareness, and daily prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station.
• Execute service consistently during high-volume shifts.
• Assist with prep including sauces, toppings, and dough production.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with BOH and FOH teams.
