Flippers Pizzeria in Windermere, FL is seeking staff to craft pizzas from scratch, hand stretch dough, and bake in 600-degree brick ovens. This role involves preparing fresh dough made on-site and cold-fermenting for at least 48 hours, following Flippers’ precise methods and recipes.

• Making and managing fresh dough made on-site and cold fermented 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes with kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.

The Location:

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
