You will direct craft activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across multi-discipline operations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or international equivalent with 10–13 years of relevant experience, or 14–17 years in lieu of a degree, and strong leadership and communication

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office and project controls systems.
• Familiarity with applicable industry codes and standards.
• Ability to develop and manage a 3-week look-ahead schedule.
• Proven ability to lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities, work schedules, and coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools and equipment are available and used efficiently on site.
• Monitor safety, quality, and conformance to design documents and procedures.
