Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a senior field leadership candidate to lead a team of superintendents and craft professionals on an LNG-related energy project in the US Gulf Coast region. You will direct craft activities, coordinate subcontract work, and ensure safe, efficient operations on site.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10–13 years of relevant experience, with mobility to future Bechtel locations as needed. A strong safety culture and adherence to Bechtel processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading craft professionals on large projects.
• Knowledge of ES&H requirements and safety programs.
• Experience with subcontractor management and Direct Hire workforce.
