Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter Superintendent to lead fabrication and assembly operations, coordinating pipe fabrication, welding and mechanical assemblies.

You will guide Foremen and teams, optimize labor and equipment use, and ensure safety and on-time delivery of projects. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in pipe fabrication and leadership, with strong skills in reading drawings, BIM spool sheets, and production planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 8+ years in pipe fabrication or related trades.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing foremen, supervisors, crew leaders, or production teams.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, BIM spool sheets, work packages and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pipefitter Foremen and assigned production teams with clear expectations for safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
• Plan and align labor, equipment, materials, and production priorities across fabrication and assembly areas.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, material flow and capacity; coordinate corrective actions.
• Partner with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Mfg Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development.
• Build a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S and continuous improvement via coaching and succession planning.
• Perform other related duties as required.
