Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Pipefitter Superintendent in Opelika, AL to lead pipe fabrication and assembly operations. You will guide Foremen and crews, coordinate labor and equipment, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, reading fabrication drawings, BIM proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Travel up to 25% and flexible scheduling may be required to meet project commitments.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 8+ years in pipe fabrication, mechanical construction, welding, or related trades preferred.
• 3+ years leading foremen or production teams; experience with fabrication operations and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pipefitter Foremen and production teams; set safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
• Plan labor, equipment, materials, and priorities across fabrication areas to meet commitments.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, material flow, and capacity; drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, PM, Quality, Manufacturing Eng., Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to improve readiness.
• Cultivate accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S, and continuous improvement through coaching and performance management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
