Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled Foreman to coordinate daily production tasks in pipe fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality, and support schedule adherence in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial trades, a high school diploma or GED, and is comfortable with travel up to 25% and a 6:00 am–6:00 pm schedule. Faith Technologies offers a robust benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, or related industrial trades.
Highschool Diploma or GED.
Willing to travel 0-25%.
Hours: 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees to meet schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.
Assign work based on priorities, skill levels, and material readiness.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance for fabrication, welding, and assembly.
Monitor progress, identify constraints, communicate issues, and remove obstacles.
Promote safe practices, 5S, PPE, and right-first-time quality; mentor staff.
Perform other duties as required.
