Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Foreman to coordinate pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, and prefabricated assemblies.

The Foreman works with Area Supervisors, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance and Logistics to verify material readiness, communicate issues, and support schedule, safety, quality and productivity. The position requires familiarity with welding equipment, pipe positioners, automated saws, grinders, beveling tools, grooving machines, CNC pipe

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related trades experience preferred.
• Travel 0-25%.
• Work schedule 6 am–6 pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Assign work based on production priorities, employee skill levels, material readiness, and area workflow needs.
• Support fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, material handling, and production activities with technical guidance and hands-on assistance.
• Monitor work progress, identify production constraints, communicate issues, and help remove obstacles that impact flow or schedule.
• Promote safe work practices, PPE usage, 5S, shop procedures, and right-first-time quality while mentoring production employees.
• Performs other related duties as required.
