Qualifications

• Eight-plus years in pipe fabrication or related trades.
• Three-plus years leading foremen, supervisors, or crews.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and BIM spool sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop foremen and production teams with clear safety and quality expectations.
• Plan labor, equipment, and materials to meet priorities and commitments.
• Monitor production performance, labor utilization, and material flow; act on constraints.
• Partner with operations, quality, engineering, safety, and logistics to improve readiness.
• Foster accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other related duties as required.
