Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Pipefitter Superintendent to lead pipe fabrication and assembly operations, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will manage Foremen and crews, align labor and equipment, and drive 5S and continuous improvement.

The role partners with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, and Maintenance to meet commitments and develop frontline leaders. Travel 0-25% may apply; typical schedule 6am–6pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pipe fabrication, mechanical construction, welding, manufacturing, or related trades.
• 3+ years leading foremen, supervisors, or production teams.
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, BIM spool sheets, work packages, and schedules.
• Working knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Pipefitter Foremen and production teams with clear safety, quality, schedule, and productivity expectations.
• Plan and align labor, equipment, materials, and production priorities to meet commitments.
• Monitor performance, labor utilization, material flow, and equipment capacity; drive timely corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Safety, Maintenance, Logistics, and Workforce Development to improve readiness and execution.
• Promote accountability, craftsmanship, teamwork, 5S, and continuous improvement through coaching and succession planning.
