Qualifications

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED
• 4+ years in pipe fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly or related trades
• Ability to coordinate production activities and enforce safety standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity
• Assign work based on priorities, skills, material readiness, and workflow
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance in fabrication, welding, assembly, and material handling
• Monitor progress, identify constraints, and help remove obstacles affecting flow or schedule
• Promote safe practices, PPE usage, 5S, and right-first-time quality while mentoring staff
• Perform other duties as required and assigned
