Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding or related industrial trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of production employees to support schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assign work based on priorities, skill levels, material readiness, and workflow needs.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance for fabrication, welding, and assembly as needed.
• Monitor progress, identify constraints, and help remove obstacles affecting flow or schedule.
• Promote safe practices, PPE usage, 5S, and right-first-time quality while mentoring staff.
