Branch Civil is seeking a dependable General Foreman to supervise multiple crews on highway and utility projects. You will oversee pipe installation, plan daily activities with the Superintendent, and ensure safety and quality while maintaining compliance with Miss Utility and company policies.

This full-time role typically requires 50+ hours per week, including on-call availability for delays, weather, and emergencies at the job site. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; 30-hour certification preferred.
• Knowledge of standards, specifications, codes, regulations and laws.
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT guidelines.
• 5+ years' experience with highway/utility construction.
• Valid driver's license and Branch Group Fleet Policy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good judgement and decisive decision making.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, on time, within budget or better.

• Supervise crew relations with Owner, Engineer, and team.
• Builds job by plans and specifications.
• Oversee the lay out, assembly and installation of utility pipe.
• Preplan and schedule pipe installation daily with Superintendent.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and rented equipment, inventory control.
• Ensure operation and maintenance of equipment under control; apply for respective equipment.
• Review Miss Utility policy and ensure compliance.
• Cooperate with safety managers to ensure OSHA compliance.
