Branch Civil is seeking a dependable Pipe Foreman to coordinate pipeline operations and supervise pipe crew in Virginia Beach area. You will work with Superintendents and Project Managers to oversee layout, installation, and assembly, while managing materials, permits, and safety compliance on site.

The role emphasizes leading a crew, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining high quality with adherence to OSHA and DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; 30 hour preferred.
• 5+ years' experience with highway/utility construction.
• 3+ years' experience as a Pipe Foreman.
• Valid driver's license and Branch Fleet policy compliance.
• Excellent communications skills and good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pipe layout, installation and assembly.
• Coordinate pipe crew with Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Preplan and schedule pipe installation daily.
• Ensure safety programs and Miss Utility policy compliance.
• Prepare daily reports and material/equipment inventory.
• Maintain quality control and contract compliance on pipe work.
• Lead safety meetings and incident investigations.
• Identify workers for career growth and provide training.
