Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Oklahoma seeks an experienced Lead to supervise a crew and manage daily production activities in line with project plans, timelines, and safety standards.

You will coordinate equipment, materials, and field personnel, ensure quality workmanship, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with foremen and crews to maintain on-site safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and the ability to supervise crew members.
• Ability to plan and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and safety awareness.
• Understand safety rules and enforce them with the crew.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
• Maintain reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets and management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Promote safety by conducting toolbox talks and communicating safety concerns to leadmen and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
