TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Pipefitter Foreman for a Power Plant/Industrial setting in Texas. The role requires leading crews, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety compliance while achieving project timelines.

The ideal candidate will manage field operations, supervise craftsmen, and maintain documentation, aiming for quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pipefitter Foreman in a Power Plant / Industrial setting.
• Ability to train/teach safety practices, policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, material control and unit manhour performance, estimating fundamentals and job cost management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient and timely construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is properly operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for assigned crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox talks with leads and crews.
