TIC - The Industrial Company seeks a Lead construction professional to plan, coordinate, and oversee field crews for safe, timely completion of industrial projects. You will ensure equipment is operated and maintained, and maintain detailed daily reports and productivity metrics.

The role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and the ability to develop weekly schedules, manage costs, and drive quality workmanship across the crew.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with craft workers and management.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge to perform all essential functions of craft workers.
• Ability to plan tasks safely and efficiently, and teach safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain accurate reporting: job quantities, productivity, time sheets, daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs while upholding quality workmanship.
• Oversee crew safety and enforce company and government safety rules.
• Lead toolbox talks and communicate safety concerns, scope, plans and schedules to leads and crews.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all supervised employees.
