Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor to effectively lead and manage crew daily activities, align with project timelines, plans, specs, codes and industry standards. You will train crews on safety and operational procedures and coordinate with other crafts as needed.

You will plan and organize personnel, equipment, tools and materials to ensure safe, efficient and timely construction, monitor progress, maintain reports, and enforce company safety rules on site.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and supervise crew, equipment and materials.
• Strong communication, safety leadership and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials for safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained correctly.
• Maintain reporting records: quantities, productivity, time sheets and daily reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing activities for the crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs and uphold quality workmanship.
• Promote safety by conducting toolbox talks and communicating safety concerns and plans.
• Monitor compliance with company policies by all on-site staff.
