Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipe Crew Foreman in underground utility construction.
• Knowledge of underground water, sewer, and drainage installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Strong leadership with safety enforcement and crew management.
• Willingness to work across multiple job sites and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pipe crew, including operators and laborers.
• Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to meet milestones.
• Oversee underground installations to meet project standards and blueprints.
• Maintain equipment operation and report issues to maintenance.
• Manage materials inventory and reporting for projects.
• Train and mentor crew members to develop skills.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Document daily logs, equipment usage, and safety records.
• Identify and address operational challenges during installations.
