Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreman to lead our underground utility installation teams. You will manage the pipe crew and ensure safe, high-quality installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems while adhering to project specifications.

You will supervise crew members, enforce safety protocols, coordinate daily activities, and maintain project documentation to support successful milestones. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to field safety.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipe Crew Foreman in underground utility construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret project designs.
• Strong leadership, supervision, and team-motivation skills.
• Commitment to safety with the ability to enforce procedures.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pipe crew, including operators, laborers, and skilled workers.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities to meet milestones.
• Oversee installation of water, sewer, and drainage systems to design specs.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment; report issues.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies; track and report usage.
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, safety documentation, and project reports.
• Address operational challenges and changes in project scope.
