Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Pipe Crew Foreman to lead our underground utility installation teams on water, sewer, and drainage projects in Florida. You will supervise the pipe crew, coordinate daily work, enforce safety, and ensure work meets design specifications and schedules.

Qualifications include proven foreman experience in underground utilities, strong leadership and communication, ability to read plans/blueprints, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Manage equipment maintenance and materials inventory.
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to address changes.
• Maintain records and reports of work progress.
• Identify and solve operational issues on site.
