Job summary

Phillips Infrastructure is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreman to lead our underground utility installation crews on water, sewer, and drainage projects. You will direct a team of operators, laborers, and skilled workers, ensuring safe, high-quality installations that meet project specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, supervising crew performance, maintaining equipment and materials, and communicating with project managers and engineers to address changes in scope.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipe Crew Foreman in underground utility construction.
• Deep knowledge of water, sewer, and drainage installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to motivate a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pipe crew, including operators and laborers.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate daily work activities to meet project deadlines and milestones.
• Oversee underground utility installations to ensure quality and design adherence.
• Manage equipment operation, maintenance, and issues with maintenance teams.
• Oversee materials inventory, ordering, tracking and reporting.
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill growth and teamwork.
• Communicate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues.
