The role directs Brand Supervisors, coaches selling associates, ensures visual merchandising standards, and coordinates hiring, training, and performance management to sustain the brand's guidelines across the store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer and brand experience across the PINK business line.
• Translate brand direction into daily priorities and actions on the floor.
• Coach and develop Brand Supervisors and Selling Associates; participate in hiring decisions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Provide insights through category performance analysis using store tools and reports.
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and performance management with Store Manager.
