• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PINK business by prioritizing priorities and daily actions to deliver the customer and brand experience.
• Translate brand direction into product storytelling and selling behaviors that support emotional tone of the customer experience.
• Use category insights and company tools to drive performance and reporting.
• Oversee sales floor and fitting room standards in alignment with brand guidance.
• Participate in talent lifecycle including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management.
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Support higher volume or complex environments with leadership to guide performance.
