Victoria's Secret is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience in the PINK line, driving top-line sales and brand direction in a store environment.

The role focuses on visual execution, product storytelling, and selling behaviors aligned with brand guidance, while leading a team of PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates and collaborating with Store Leadership on talent decisions and performance.

Qualifications

• PINK Manager role delivering customer and brand experiences to grow store top-line sales.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution.

Responsibilities

• Owns visual execution and translates brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Oversees product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Gleans category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Manages sales floor standards and fitting room standards where applicable.
• Oversees talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Direct reports may include PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• In higher volume or more complex stores, leads performance and direction of the business.
