Job summary

SkyWest is seeking a Training Supervisor to support the Pilot training scheduling process, coordinating with Instructors, Simulator companies, FAA, Pilots and Flight Operations Leadership. You will manage training events and ensure hotels and travel are arranged, while providing timely reports in Excel.

Responsibilities include supervising training coordinators, maintaining policies and documents, and collaborating with managers to meet deadlines in a fast-paced airline environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum Crew Support Supervisor or 1 year Pilot Training experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Proficient in Crew Scheduling software and hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to maintain detailed records and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support the Pilot training scheduling process with Instructors, Simulator companies, FAA, Pilots and Flight Operations Leadership.
• Maintain knowledge and supervise all pilot training events and the scheduling procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule specialty training as necessary.
• Train, assist and mentor training coordinators.
• Ensure hotel and travel arrangements are scheduled for all training events.
• Maintain excellent communication with Instructors, Coordinators, Managers and Supervisors.
• Create reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Manager.
