Job summary

SkyWest Airlines in Saint George, Utah, is seeking a Training Supervisor to support pilot training scheduling activities across instructors, simulators, FAA, pilots and leadership. You will coordinate events, maintain training schedules, and create reports in Excel to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum Crew Support Supervisor or Pilot Training experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and crew scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support pilot training scheduling with instructors, simulators, FAA, pilots and leadership.
• Maintain knowledge and supervise all pilot training events and scheduling processes.
• Coordinate and schedule specialty training as needed.
• Train and mentor training coordinators.
• Arrange hotels and travel for training events.
• Create reports in Excel and other programs.
