Job summary

SkyWest Airlines is recruiting a Training Supervisor to schedule and coordinate pilot training activities, working with instructors, simulator companies, the FAA, pilots and Flight Operations Leadership to ensure efficient training events.

You will maintain records, create reports in Excel, supervise training coordinators, arrange travel and hotels, and adapt to changing schedules while delivering high-quality training support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in Crew Support supervision or 1 year Pilot Training experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Proficient with Crew Scheduling software and partner/hotel reservation systems.
• Proficient with pilot training software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support pilot training scheduling with instructors, simulators, FAA, pilots and flight operations leadership.
• Maintain knowledge and supervise all pilot training events and scheduling procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule specialty training as necessary.
• Train, assist and mentor training coordinators.
• Arrange hotel and travel for all training events.
• Maintain communication with instructors, coordinators, managers and supervisors.
• Create reports in Excel and other programs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Manager.
