Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum Crew Support Supervisor or 1 year Pilot Training experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Proficient with Crew Scheduling software and hotel reservation systems.
• Proficiency with pilot training software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Flexible with scheduling and able to work overtime as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support the pilot training scheduling process with instructors, simulator companies, FAA, pilots and flight operations leaders.
• Maintain knowledge and supervise all pilot training events and the scheduling procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule any specialty training as necessary.
• Train, assist and mentor training coordinators.
• Ensure hotel and travel arrangements are scheduled for all training events.
• Maintain communication with instructors, coordinators, managers and supervisors.
• Create reports as necessary in Excel and other programs.
• Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager and/or Manager.
