Club Pilates Brea is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to welcome prospective members, present the Club Pilates experience, and help them choose the best membership. You will build relationships, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to studio growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness studio, boutique fitness, or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Confidence in closing sales and meeting performance goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new memberships through lead follow-up, consultations, and closing sales.
• Conduct engaging studio tours tailored to prospective members' goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and members for long-term loyalty.
• Complete a minimum of 100 daily outreach activities (calls, texts, emails, follow-ups).
• Schedule high-quality appointments through proactive prospect engagement.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals for memberships, retail, and training programs.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience from first inquiry through ongoing support.
• Represent Club Pilates at community events and partnerships.
