Job summary

Club Pilates Gainesville is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, and guide prospective clients through Intro Classes and memberships. You will use ClubReady to assist with accounts and help drive sales, while supporting retention efforts and a positive studio atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes.

• Sell memberships, retail, and training packages while meeting monthly goals.
• Assist members with account questions using ClubReady.
• Complete required training via Powerhouse learning platform.
• Support retention and ensure a great member experience.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization during shifts.
• Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a welcoming, fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be one of the first faces members see when they walk through our doors and will help guide them on their Pilates journey.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Welcome prospective members and help schedule Intro Classes
• Follow up with leads to understand their goals and introduce them to Pilates
• Sell memberships, retail, and private training packages while working toward monthly sales goals
• Assist members with account questions and updates using our studio software (ClubReady)
• Complete all required training modules through our Powerhouse learning platform
• Support membership retention efforts and ensure members have a great experience
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
• Ensure studio forms, supplies, and literature are stocked and available
• Participate in community networking events and studio promotions when scheduled
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the studio team

Compensation

Hourly + Commission

Pay Schedule:

Base pay is paid bi-weekly

Commission is paid monthly
