Job summary

Club Pilates Klein is seeking a Sales Representative to support the General Manager with new membership sales, lead generation, and studio tours while retaining current members. Pilates knowledge is a plus but not required, and English fluency is essential.

The role emphasizes strong sales and customer service skills, learning the Club Ready software, and contributing to a high-energy team in a rapidly expanding Houston-area market. A complimentary Pilates membership is provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel daily or occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the facility and assess members needs.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Promote club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to hit monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on other duties as assigned.

We're searching for expert sales associatesfor our Club Pilates Kleinstudio. Ourfranchise group has 6 studios in the area and has aTOP 50studioout of over 600 locations. There is ample room for growth as we continue expansion in the Houston market.

POSITION: The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by contactingnew prospectsforthe studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining current members. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required. Greater than 2 years experience preferred.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills
• Other duties as assigned
