Qualifications

• Ability to manage memberships, renewals, upgrades, and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and high-energy environment.
• Manage, coach, and motivate fitness instructors, front-desk staff, and other studio employees.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and client retention through exceptional customer service and proactive outreach.
• Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients to understand their fitness goals and ensure a positive experience.
• Handle member concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee class schedules, instructor performance, and studio programming.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Track membership, sales, attendance, and retention metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships and studio-related needs.
