• Oversee class schedules, instructor performance, and studio programming.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies and standards.

Job description

Growing Pilates studio seeks a Fitness Studio Manager. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated passion for fitness, while also combining a track record of working with customer service, sales, client experience, client retention, etc. Anyone with a background combining fitness, health, or wellness with professional sales/customer service experience (retail or other) is encouraged to apply.

Hours are: Sun 12:30pm-2:00pm, Mon 8:30am-5:30pm, Tues 8:30am-5:30pm, Wed 8:30am-9:00pm, Thurs 8:30am-5:30pm, Fri 8:30am-3:00pm.

Salary has some flex with discretionary bonus.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable health and operational standards.
• Track and analyze membership, sales, attendance, retention, and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, supplies, and facility-related needs.
• Create a positive studio culture focused on accountability, teamwork, sales performance, and exceptional member service.
• Maintain accurate member records, schedules, payments, and administrative documentation.
