Job summary

FS8 FiDi NYC is seeking an energetic Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and manage a team in the FS8 FiDi NYC studio. You will oversee sales processes, maintain studio standards, and foster a welcoming, inclusive culture aligned with FS8 values.

The role requires leadership experience in fitness, proficiency with Mindbody, and a strong track record of meeting KPIs. A passion for Pilates, Tone, and Yoga will help you connect with members and drive community

Qualifications

• Leadership required to manage daily operations, sales goals, and staff performance.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced fitness studio environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for member engagement and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, sales, and staff management to deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Instruct 12–16 FS8 classes per week and explain programming to prospective members.
• Recruit, train, and schedule studio staff and front desk personnel.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and represent FS8 in community events.
