Club Pilates Southwood is seeking a Studio Manager to drive revenue, lead a team, and foster a vibrant member experience in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment. You will supervise the front desk and sales staff, partner with instructors, and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure consistent execution across studios.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, ownership of results, and proactive leadership by example in a community-focused studio setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fitness, retail, or service industry preferred
• Strong sales background with proven track record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
• Positive, professional, and team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Own and execute monthly sales goals — and work to exceed them
• Convert prospects into loyal members through strong follow-up and relationship-building
• Lead from the front by demonstrating effective sales strategies
• Manage and develop the Sales Associates / front desk team
• Build partnerships, events, and grassroots marketing efforts to grow the studio
• Take ownership of leads, outreach, and follow-up
• Support revenue growth across memberships, retail, private training, and studio events
• Help drive retention through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and a strong member experience
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners to create visibility, collaboration, and referrals
