Job summary

Club Pilates - New York is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee all studio operations and drive revenue through memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

The ideal candidate will lead staff, schedule and manage instructors, coordinate with vendors, and execute grassroots marketing to grow membership and retention. Excellent English communication, organizational skills, and a commitment to fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Experience in the Fitness Industry preferred.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and grass roots marketing.
• Schedule prospects into Intro class and close memberships.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Representatives.
• Hire/Manage instructors and coordinate with vendors.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization; enforce policies.
• Plan networking events and studio promotions; drive marketing campaigns.
