Candidates should possess the necessary qualifications, including relevant degrees or certifications, and several years of industry experience. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this vibrant and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one of the required degrees or certifications.
• Minimum 5 years in the fitness industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly.
• Create standout member experiences with a service-first mindset.
• Recruit and mentor instructor talent for high-performance delivery.
• Collaborate on sales growth and community outreach.
• Manage class schedules based on client demand.
• Track performance metrics and use KPIs to improve operations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and readiness.
• Engage actively with members to build community.
