Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field, or Pilates certification.
• 5+ years in fitness; at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; quick learner.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Community-minded and connection-driven.
• Positive, team-focused leader who leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately 15 BODYBAR classes weekly with energy and consistency.
• Lead with a service-first mindset to enhance member experiences.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and support high-performing instructor team.
• Collaborate on studio growth through sales and partnerships.
• Own class schedule to meet demand and maximize engagement.
• Track KPI data to improve operations.
• Oversee equipment readiness and maintenance.
• Foster a strong studio culture and community.
