Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the fitness industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong organization and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach approximately 15 BODYBAR Pilates classes weekly.
• Create standout member experiences rooted in positivity.
• Recruit and mentor instructors to ensure top delivery.
• Drive sales and foster local partnerships.
• Manage class schedule to meet client demand.
• Track performance metrics to improve operations.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and readiness.
• Engage actively with members to build community.
